Quick South Indian Yummy n Crispy Snacks

1:Bajji(Chilli/Potatoe/onion)

Chilli/Potatoe/onion
Oil

For Batter:

Besan 200gms
Baking soda pinch
chilli powder 1tsp
salt
water

Preparation:

Mix besan with water ,chilli powder ,baking soda and salt like a dosa batter.
Keep a side.

Cut chilli in to two halves
For potatoe/onion peal it and cut in to round slices

Heat the oil in a pan.
After oil is heated dip chilli/potatoe/onion into the batter and deep fry it until it turns golden brown colour.
Now remove them from oil and take into a plate and they are ready to serve.
If you serve it with raw onions and lemon slice it will be nice.
